Fiesta Communities Mining has several model houses including Duplex Loft, Duplex 2BR, Duplex 3BR, Duplex 3BR with Carport, Couple/Couple with Balcony, and Single Attached.

Amenities include an entrance gate with guardhouse, social hall, jogging path, outdoor gym, basketball court, and kiddie park. The area has landscaped gardens, perimeter fence, playgrounds and concrete roads.

Security service is provided. Safety is the priority by the developers. The guardhouse screens everyone who enters the subdivision. With the gated and fenced perimeter, one can feel safe and secured.
